change theme of titles and widgets

Hi, I am using Wowchemy for building an academic web site.
As i checked the font and mouser over action on title texted changed from wowchemy-hugo-themes-5.0.0-beta.1.
Before when mouse comes over the titles, their color were changed , but now just get an underline reaction. and also their font size and spacing also changed. in publication widget (view=2) also information like DOI or Cite are not included in home.
Please help me how i can customize above actions in V5.4.0.
