The CNAME file is generated by GitHub to help you point your DNS at your GitHub page. It has nothing to do with either wowchemy or Hugo. Can’t you just pull any changes from your remote repo to your local one? git pull |

Can anyone help with this infuriating process?
When I add in my custom domain on the github page it creates a CNAME file which then throws it out of sync with the files on my computer and I don't know how to sync them.
Also this didn't seem to be an issue before everything changed to wowchemy?!
