Pip3 from Python3 upgrade will break Pip from Python #25998

After installing Python3, running "pip3 install --upgrade pip" will break Python2's own pip.

/usr/local/Cellar/python/2.7.6/bin/pip was overwritten by pip3, which is incorrect.
