Per https://www.saxonica.com/saxon-js/index.xml, the SEFs must be recompiled. There appears to be outstanding issues with the new SaxonJS and Webpack. It still attaches to the global namespace, but will not reference the local SaxonJS declaration.

Saxon 2.2 resolves the issue, however, the new issue is that it requires SEFs from Saxon 10. I used OxygenXML to generate SEFs and it's still on 9.9. Will revisit in six months.

Oxygen 24 still generates SEFs using 9.X. Will check again in a year.
