Shadow Tag issue in Goron City

In Goron City, before attempting to Open the route to Death Mountain Crater. You talk to Goron Link who rolls around. After stopping Goron Link and making him stand up. His dialogue starts.
During that point while shadow tag is active, the Wall Master is still able to take you away during that point making regular progress impossible.
You can progress again if you disable shadow tag before talking to Goron Link and re-enabling shadow tag after talking to Goron Link.

This is probably going to be an issue in several places since text flag setting is weird; when I'm back and free to test things out I'll try and make a list of which npcs this can affect. Perhaps a warning in the tooltip is warranted for such situations though

Can we just make this an epic now? Shadow Tag also breaks the first three poe sisters in the Forest Temple by tripping the flag for having spawned them, but not for having beaten them, thus preventing you from beating them to light the torches and spawn the chests.
