This document describes the process the Documentation Team uses to:

• Update the online help for the DSP

• Create print documentation (Installation Manuals and Configuration Guides)

• Add articles to the KB

• Maintain Developer Manuals and Technical Configuration Guides

• Add posts to the Data Insiders DSP Questions and Answers section {% include links.html %}
