Events dashboard

Add a dashboard to provide event stats such as how many are attending, money raised (so far), house rankings (for house events), etc,

Though I think it might be better Char/MS4, since it's quite big.
If we could build it along with the house events dashboard, that'll be great, so I'll stick it on Blyth for now,
