Requirements outdated

Hi! I think the opentargets requirement is outdated and doesn't exist under that name anymore.

Upon attempting to install guiltytargets:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement opentargets (from guiltytargets) (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for opentargets

Totally wild to imagine they completely pulled opentargets from PyPI...

In a wild turn of events, they really actually did pull the package. This is superrr irresponsible. On the bright side, if only a few people complain on their issue tracker, they can feel much more confident about the fact that they're shutting down their current API
