Double clicking a deck now plays and discards the top cards

Added play radial menu option to deck back in the deckbox
Moved the 'should discard' logic out of the playCard action
Moved a lot of the facedown logic out of the various manager functions and put it at the user interaction point
Half implemented play/discard/give random card functions, but put it on the backburner as it presents weird message timing issues.
