The current implementation is use Helm package locally(./charts/*.tgz). We should implement the following features:

  1. Helm pull package from some kind of artifacts hub(Maybe artifactshub?);
  2. If 1 fails, use local Helm package(always the latest release) that integrate with gtctl;
