Feature Description

currently, the only information on how the ductnet works and how much pollution items make/use is one enigmatic "Air transfer rate" tooltip on the duct pipes and another mysterious "cleaned hazard" value on the air scrubber.

I suggest adding information in the tooltips on how much pollution muffler hatches make (which I think is 2.5 divided by the tier number) and how much each tier of scrubber removes.
