Oxidising copper blocks using oxygen

Feature Description

I'm currently using oxidised copper quite heavily in a build and I think it'd be neat to add a way to quickly produce a lot of the blocks. I think it'd make sense if I could oxidise the copper in a machine (just a copper block with some oxygen in the chemical reactor for instance) to allow for quick production and automation of the process as opposed to needing to wait for ages.
