2. Sorry, I didn't make the second point clear. By "the state of green software survey slide.", I meant could we create a slide in the GSF theme on the state of green software survey to encourage people to do the survey?

A couple of thoughts-
Slide 4- Could we add a heading, such as Green Software Fundamentals?
Slide 6- is it possible to add the Green Software Patterns logo somewhere? Or if you think it's best to have the logo as well as the text "Green Software Patterns" too?
Slide 7- Could we also add this URL https://grnsft.org/sogs/survey to the slide, and is it possible to make it obvious?
Slide 8- Is it possible to add an icon of the gold medal (or anything that you think it's suitable) to show you will gain certification of completion when you pass the course?
