When trying to launch the mod in 1.21.3 or 1.21.2, it is said that Librarian Trade Finder v2.2.3 is only compatible with Minecraft 1.21 or 1.21.1

An update to support Minecraft 1.21.3, and maybe 1.21.2 if possible along the way.

I would like to add that the "Winter Drop" has hit RC1, so I'm asking that 1.21.4 be included in the next update.

There's currently a PR that adds support for version 1.21.3 and adding it for 1.21.4 should be trivial, we just need to make the mod author approve it
