"Styles", in terms of css, will be handled by a new config parameter:

# default
theme: Alchemy
# configurable
theme: Alchemy-foo
theme: Alchemy-bar
theme: Neo4j
etc..

Additionally, each them can come with recommended configurations to go with the styles. This will be kept in the docs, not as there own files. Users will obviously be able to apply all configurations of the theme, none, or some, to be used in context of the styles.

Themes will be kept as spererate css files. e.g. alchemy.css, alchemy-bar.css, alchemy-foo.css. User can specify the theme and must include the themes css instead of the default css.
