Hello devleopers, thank you very much for your excellent tool m6anet. I have a question of the read-level and site-level mention in the paper, and thus try to understand the relationship between mod_ratio and probability_modified. I have listed my understanding below, please correct me if there are some mistakes in my understanding and thank you in advance!!!
1.read level means every read in nanopore sequencing
2.site level means a specific loation in the squence, for example a sequence ATCGTACAT, every base is a site
3.you have mentioned the relationship between mod_ratio and probability_modified in discussions/114
we output modification probability for each read, we can then set a threshold that will allow us to say whether a read is modified or not.
Dose we output modification probability for each readmeans we output modification probabilityfor each readat every site ?
4. I drawed a picture to reval the relationship between site and read, please correct me if I have made a mistake
thanks for your answer again
