Just tried adding Glimpse to the default scaffold of an ASP.net 5 project. Ending up with this exception when I host using kestrel:

The browser ends up getting an empty response back. This happens both on Windows and Linux when running dnx web. However when I host via the integrated IIS in Visual Studio, glimpse is able to run.
