'Continue Creation' button in a draft project should be disabled for users without a verified email and hover tooltip "
Edit your profile from "My Account" and verify your email address to continue" be shown,
similar to how the 'Update' and 'GiveBackEligibility' buttons are disabled for active projects and hover tooltip is shown.
