Make frontend ready for sunset

As trace is sunsetting, we must make the frontend and backend ready for it.
Ont the frontend:

• Disable any donate button
• Disable any create campaign/trace/community button
• Put a banner (with information modal maybe) to the visitors it's archived @mosaeedi
