Overview

This minor update will add a series of features to the reporting outputs as well as improve documentation and handle non-breaking bugs that are found after the release of {gsm} v2.0.0

New Features in Reporting outputs

1. Add FlagOverTime() table to longitudinal KRI report
2. Allow multiple thresholds in longitudinal charts
3. Add "Average Days to Entry" to KRI report
4. Add number and percentage of participatns without an adverse event into charts and tables
5. Streamline group dropdown functionality
6. Improve notation and warnings in reporting output
