Can we use tags in report search functionality?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be really helpful if the in-report search functionality for finding / observation templates and so on to have (some of?) the tags show up in the search results. For example here:

Not sure on the complexity of this, but it would be great to be able to have a tag appear along side each of the items if it exists. Some of the findings / observations are specific to a target system type - like its a cloud based report or a web app based report - but have very similar titles. In the meantime we have been prefixing the title with the "type", but this only works if the title is not used in the report output.

No particular ideas of alternatives, but more than up for suggestions.

Yes, we can add tags to the autocomplete display. It could make entries rather long, but it's not much different than a title being very long.

I'll add it for v5.0's release.
