We're currently using NotfoundHandler to manage redirects. It is configured to automatically create new redirects when page content is changed/deleted/etc in Optimizely CMS.

It appears new redirects are automatically being created when a page is deleted (and moved to the recycling bin). This causes issues with Google SEO since we shouldn't have redirects (or any links) pointing to the recycling bin of the site.

Please let me know your thoughts or suggestions on resolving this issue!
