[ y ] I have read the FAQ.
[ Y ] I have searched in existing issues.

Environment

  • OS: Windows 11 23H2
  • CPU: AMD R5 3600
  • Scrcpy version: v2.3.1
  • Installation method: Manual build with pre-packaged scrcpy-server
  • Device model: Mi 10s
  • Android version: 13

Describe the bug

Does it not support AMD CPUs?
Using a AMD R5 3600 computer with version scrcpy-win64-v2.3.1, the device cannot be connected,
but a computer with 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1240P can connect to the phone.

What's the error message in the console when you run scrcpy?

I'm using AMD CPU (AMD E2) and it's working fine. I'm using latest version. All other versions were working flawlessly either.

Thank you all for your replies. On another computer with CPU R5 3600, it works well with the same phone. I should need to check the health of the USB interface.

What's the full output in the console?

Read https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/blob/master/doc/windows.md#run to keep the console open.
