No adb devices and adb sevice offline #5111

I can't run srcpy because it's says cloud not find any adb devices,and when it's detecting my phone it says thath is offline.How ca i fix this?i even perfomed a clean install for sdk,adb and qualcomm driver.

This is an adb/driver/phone issue (not directly a scrcpy issue).

Please search on Internet "adb offline".

How can i fix it if it's a phone issue?
