Mail (open count) / form submission chart

I'm using stable version 2.0
I tried using 2.1, but importing users via csv doesn't work in 2.1

Mail (open count) does not work, it only marks the first time the person opens it and does not update the count

The form submission graph also only marks the first person who submitted data, then if more people submit the graph it keeps marking 1/xxx and does not update
