bCBAS_Enabled=true ; For convenience: setting this to false disables all functionality (except loading up and checking this file)
bCBAS_Creatures=true ; Set to true to include processing creatures. Creature attack speed is calculated using their attack reach and foot weight. (Opens creatures up to being slowed/sped up - including natural slow from low hp/stamina)
bCBAS_Staves=true ; Set to false to disable staves. Staves attribute is a combination of intelligence & willpower
bCBAS_Hands=true ; Set to false to disable hand-to-hand
bCBAS_Bows=false ; Set to true to enable bows (Doesn't work correctly due to hard-coded draw-time)
; The following are ratios from 0-1 for how much each component affects attack speed
; 1.0 means maximum penalty from this factor, set all to 1.0 for intended behaviour
; When set to 0.0, no penalty - attack speed is always as fast as possible (this is much faster than vanilla if all components are set to have no penalty)
[Components]
fCBAS_Fatigue=1.0 ; Fatigue: As fatigue drops below fCBAS_FatigueThreshold (see [Settings]), penalty to attack speed starts ramping up
fCBAS_Encumbrance=1.0 ; Encumbrance: Carrying more means slower attack. A focus on Weight of Hand & UpperBody armor can be configured below
fCBAS_Skill=1.0 ; Skill: Lower Blade skill means you attack slower with blades etc.
fCBAS_Attribute=1.0 ; Attributes: Slower attacks if- Low Strength with meleee weapons, Agility with Bows, Int&Will with staves.
fCBAS_Alacrity=1.0 ; Alacrity: Speed or Agility (Largest) as a percentage goes directly into affecting attack speed.
[Settings]
fCBAS_Multiplier=1.0 ; Multiply the final attack speed by this value. You probably want to keep this in the 0.9-1.1 range, feel free to experiment but be warned: the game/engine may not respond well. {Default: 1.0}
fCBAS_LowMult=0.4 ; This is the lowest the attack speed can go, as a fraction of the maximum for that weapon. E.g. with LowMult 0.5, with poor stats your speed can go as low as 50% of the max. [Keep between 0.0 and 1.0 (non-inclusive)] {Default: 0.4}
fCBAS_FatigueThreshold=1.0 ; Ratio below which fatigue starts affecting attack speed. 1.0 is at full fatigue, 0.0 is empty fatigue
fCBAS_LocalisedEncumbrance=0.75 ; Ratio of how much more important specifically the armor eqipped in the Hands & UpperBody are to attack speed. 1.0 means total encumbrance is not important at all, only hand/chest armor is incorporated. 0.0 means total encumbrance is used.
