Notify about onchain transactions with 0 income

Currently if there is an onchain transaction received which does not reach the size of the deposit fee there is no notification delivered neither in the mobile app not over webhooks.

Expected outcome:
Notify about the transaction (including the txid) even if the fee is higher than the amount received so the income is 0.

Testing on signet I could get notified for receiving as low as 5024 sats, but not lower:
