Filtering code that accesses the API for Windows 10 PowerShell. What a funny language :) You can paste the below code into a PowerShell window (or save it in a file and run that). Update the wget statement with your state file, $origin with latlong (right click on your home town in Google Maps to get those) and change the if statement to your own needs.
