I'm facing Problem in Task : get book by id

Just check the following things -
Check if you have any proxy settings enabled in Postman or on your system that might be blocking the request. You can disable the proxy settings in Postman under File > Settings > Proxy.
Ensure that the URL http://library-api.postmanlabs.com/books is correct and there are no typos.

First of all As a temporary test, try replacing {{baseUrl}} with the actual URL i.e. https://library-api.postmanlabs.com to see if that resolves the issue. IF YES then:

1. Check the Base URL variable
2. Ensure that {{baseUrl}} is correctly defined

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue causing the getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND error.

I've tried everything that you all have suggested. I deleted and then created a new request with a different ID, changed the URL, and also tried using a base URL. However, I encountered another issue. How can I resolve it? Can someone please help?

I'm encountering an issue. Out of 16, only 12 are correct. My baseUrl or something else is incorrect. I've tried replacing the URL you sent me, but I'm still having trouble. Can you please help me figure out how to fix this?

@1754riya Hey you didn't set the URL to the Base Url

here is how you can do it:

1. In your Url select https://library-api.postmanlabs.com this much part, and hover it (put your mouse cursor on it)
2. Set as variable message will pop up click on it
3. create a new variable select collection and set the variable

as following:

31.07.2024_00.07.21_REC.mp4

In my case I have already set the URL to variable baseUrl

so after setting the baseUrl you have to add it in your all requests as follows:

If your baseUrl variable is already created and you cannot create a new one then go to the existing baseUrl variable and check the URL it should be of https instead of http as following:

Make sure after setting the variable to the correct baseUrl you add it in the get books get fiction books and get book by id requests URL and your all three dashboard should look like this:

i was facing the same issue but
i changed the baseUrl to https://library-api.postmanlabs.com (both the initial and current values)
refreshed the page
then i tried {{baseUrl}}/books/:id and it worked
