Add record Title into harvest report tables

User Story

As a harvest source POC, I want the error record information to be human readable and informative, so that I can address an error properly

"The current record ID “would not help me”, “I would need computer to read”, “I don’t understand what I’m looking at”

Acceptance Criteria

• GIVEN a user view a harvest job page
  WHEN the table for job errors displays
  THEN it should include each record's title for better findability
