How to reproduce

  1. Go to and source on the /harvest page
  2. Check the DB and Solr response times in newrelic.

Expected behavior

Normal response times

Actual behavior

DB and Solr are working too hard

Before it's fixed we can disable to prevent bad user experience and being spammed by crawler. @nickumia-reisys will create an issue on disabling that we will take on in the near term.
