[Platform iPhone 6s Safari]
Code.gov Homepage Fly-out Menu Search field requires "Return" action from user device keyboard. User input does not trigger search action on "Done" from iPhone device because the UI does not an action button after keyboard is entered.

Production and Staging.

However, functionality works fine on Responsive Design Viewport but NOT on native iPhone Safari browser.
