Don't list http basic internet accounts in file selector?

I think it is not super useful to list http basic auth accounts in the FileSelector component

They should prompt for authenticatation if needed, or login automatically if not. there may not really be a need to manually select the http basic from the file selector

note that technically http basic could be different for different URL paths also, while we currently assume it is the same hostwide
