Download links for raster are listed multiple times

I think this has been fixed in more recent version of GeoNode:

This still seems to occur in 2.8 on int, on some layers only.
Eg. https://int.geonode-gfdrrlab.org/layers/hazard%3Apga_0250_finalclip

This still happens on all layers. Some layers (e.g. https://www.geonode-gfdrrlab.org/layers/hazard:volc_globalproximalhazard_wgs84) show more duplicates than others.

@fjacon In reference to issue #20, we still have a problem with multiple links and the WCS endpoint not working. @cgiovando suggestion is to run again the script that @pvalsecc ran in #20, and check that only the "Original Dataset" link is left for the Data tab. We can add the GeoTIFF (WCS) link back later, once it's confirmed to work.

Would it be possible to run this urgently, even while we discuss the next phase of work?

We had a conversation with user conrad.zorn which is able to view data download links for restriceted datasets such as https://www.geonode-gfdrrlab.org/layers/hazard:myanmar475
As normal user, he should be able to only see "pictures" downloads.
He said he could see:
Geotiff (x 3 links)
GZIP (x 3 links)
Original Dataset
However none of them works for him, while "original datasets" downloads properly trying it with my staff account.
