Bug Report: Trying to save the Chart Metadata proceeds to halt the game

As you can see from the title of this issue, pressing CTRL+A & CTRL+S at the same time after one another proceeds to halt the game, not exactly sure what's causing this to be happening, though.

Steps to Reproduce

Try pressing CTRL+A & CTRL+S repeatedly, or at the same time.

Edit: Nevermind, actually trying to save the chart file seems to be halting the game, not pressing CTRL+A&CTRL+S at a similar time, whoops!

Edit 2: This isn't just only related to saving chart metadata, just opening the save file dialog on any saveable debug state seems to halt the game, i will open a new issue and close this one.
