Working on a HUD system inspired by Troll Engine!

Too tired/lazy to add a proper description like I tend to do normally.

* Told PlayConfig to fucking die. Because of this it's content is now spread through out ArrowField and these 2 new classes!
* Made the static Judging and Scoring classes.
* Gave ArrowField the stats var.
* MORE HUD PROGRE
* Created Bar class.
* Slight progress.
* added quick little bg bar
* Coded more of the HUD types.
* Tried to fix sustain bullshit.
* Made setupFieldXPositions a static function in ArrowField.
* Made a definitive note/strum width static var called arrowWidth. Will fix strumSpacing later.
* Changed followLead to followType. As well as changed it from a bool to ArrowModFollowType enum abstract.
* Renamed arrowWidth to arrowSize as I thought it sounded better.
* Made averageWidth var for ArrowField. It's basically totalWidth but calculated through arrowSize * strumCount and such.
