AI Photo Editor breaks after update

Updating the Photo Editor results in FCs when trying to access genAI features. In logs it complains about libsmart_cropping.so, but there are no other evidences of it in the entire log and the library is present in the system as well as public.libraries-camera.samsung.txt.
