Stop refreshing all channels when FreeTube starts

Whenever you start FreeTube, it automatically refresh all the channels. This process can take a while, and during it you simply can't access any channel. Could you make an option to configure whether to refresh channels or not when the app starts? Think about starting the app a few times in the 10-minute period to just get some YT links and pass them to someone -- do you really need this automatic refreshments over and over each time you start the app?

Indeed, this would be a nice change to make. If this is going in the 'enhancement' bucket then let me add in a request for scheduled refresh within the app, and also the ability to completely disable refreshing within the player (because refreshing delays video start, compounded when timeouts occur) coupled with the ability to request refreshing outside of the main application (such as via cron every n minutes). Having the ability to refresh the playlist via cron outside of the application, thus preventing any delays to starting video playback, would be outstanding.

Going to close as this can sorta be fixed by creating a profile with no subscriptions if you don't want it to refresh right away. The rewrite refreshes much faster as well which should ease the problems with this. We may not do automatic refreshes for now but something to keep in mind as we continue.
