Known Issues

Please report bugs which are not listed here via the issue tracker. Thanks in advance! But please make sure that it's really a bug of TGS and post usable and meaningful information.

Issues of All-in-One Sidebar

• The shortcuts for Downloads, Add-ons, MultiPanel, Page Info, Page Source, and Error Console will not always work as expected depending on the cursor focus.
• Bookmarks can't be open from the bookmarks panel if using the hebrew version of Firefox, if the sidebar is placed on the right side of the browser and if the option "Automatically Close Other Folders" is enabled.
• Only on Mac OS X:
  • The Bookmarks and the History looks weird when opening in a window instead of the sidebar.

Conflicts with other add-ons

When using TGS in conjunction with SimilarWeb or TabKit 2nd Edition and you want to place the sidebar on the right side of the browser, you have to configure it in all these extensions.

• TGS Options:
  • View > Sidebar > All-in-One Sidebar Options... > General > Appearance > Orientation > Show sidebar on right side
• SimilarWeb Options:
  • Tools > Options... > SimilarWeb > Show the Firefox sidebar on Right
• Tab Kit Options:
  • Tab Bar > Panels > The sidebar should be shown along the right edge of the window

When using AiOS in conjunction with Vertical Tabs and you placed the tabs at the right side of the browser, the equivalent setting of AiOS will work contrary.

Issues browser-side or of other extensions which affects The Good 'ol Sidebar

• The TGS Toolbar and the sidebar are not themed by many Personas themes. This can't be fixed by TGS. The developers of the Personas themes had to define a background-color. Please have a look at Bugzilla for more information.
