PROTEUS has some scripts for post-processing simulations with VULCAN, to determine the speciation of elements in the atmosphere subject to disequilibrium chemistry and diffusion.

This is broken under the current formulation of the code, and has not been tested for a long time. However, it's scientifically interesting to be able to post-process model outputs in this way.

This functionality should be restored, which could be done with VULCAN or some other chemistry model.
