Scan Delay should not affect how fast popup is automatically hidden

I come from using rikaichan/champ, and I like how 'responsive' their popups feel (instant scanning), and the popup automatically hides itself after some time.

To replicate the same here, I set the following options:

• scan delay: 0
• automatically hide results: true

Unfortunately, the scan delay also controls how fast the popup disappears, so I can't scroll through the popup with these settings.

Proposal: New variable 'hide delay' and let that default to 20ms
