Age plugin for Apple's Secure Enclave

Hi,

I created a plugin to use Apple’s Secure Enclave with Age clients. It allows encrypting to identities that are bound to a Secure Enclave, with configurable access control (touch, password).

The plugin is fully functional and tested, but I’m still collecting feedback before creating a stable release (and finalizing the recipient and identity format). So go ahead, look at it, try it out, and let me know what you think.
