Add a powerful EMP effect to Gravity (Dementonite) Railgun Shells + Prisoner rescue mission from enemy sub

Gravity shells are infamously awful ever since their addition to the game. They lack the damage of the equal-tier physicorium shells, nor the AoE of nuclear shells. Thus, I am proposing a simple addition to grav shells that makes it a more utility-focused, more versatile shell type.

I propose to add an extremely strong EMP effect to the shell. Excellent EMP damage, and huge AoE rivalling or even surpassing nuclear shells.

This gives gravity shells a niche for boarding enemy subs (the command panel can no longer deny the dock due to being destroyed). Since gravity shells already does awful damage to everything (both to creature AND hull), by adding a huge AoE, strong EMP effect, it gives it a niche to both help out against aliens (since they take extra damage from EMP effects), as well as destroy internal electronics of enemy submarines without causing a major hull breach. Now, you can dock and board the enemy submarine, and wipe out the enemy crew with HMG boarding.

Another idea that leeches off of the "no hull breach" thing; since you are actually keeping the enemy sub intact, there can be a new mission type, where you rescue hostages/prisoners from the enemy sub. Similar to the hostage rescue mission in certain abandoned outposts, you could encounter a mission where you actually DON'T want to wreck the enemy sub, since there are hostages onboard that are not able to put on diving suits thanks to their handcuffs.

Regardless of that idea, the main point of the idea is to add EMP to gravity shells. Perhaps something similar can also be added to the equally mediocre gravity flak, but otherwise, I'm just proposing for railgun.

Like seriously, gravity shells are actually so pathetic as they are rn, they need a buff, and dementonite is so fricking useless too 😭
