Python 3.6 is no longer supported IIRC, so we probably want to remove this from the Draft-Release action workflow.

3.11 will also be releasing ~24th October 2022, at which point it will want adding to the matrix (and testing). We could potentially do an early test to check for compatibility via the release candidate

  • Remove Python 3.6 from the release wheels
  • Add Python 3.11 to the release wheels, after 2022-10-24
  • Add Python 3.11 to the regular CI jobs where appropraite, after 2022-10-24.
