Christie - verify Argos re-runs int he NCBI Bioproject tables

Christie- once all of the ARGOS orgs have been re run go into the NCBI bioproject tables that Reilan made and update them all. Make sure I am not missing anything. That way it is easier to count the assemblies and keep track of how many we have done. I have already updated some of them based off of where I currently am.
