XRD plugin

In this issues wwe collect the task for extending the XRD schema and parser plugin.
We will use Carstens reade as is for Bruker and Rigaku for now and extend later.

• add Rigaku *.rasx file support

  • test Carsten's reader
  • get more file typs --> simple 2theta scans
  • instrument information in file? is ther an id?
  • sample id in file?

• add Bruker *.brml file support

  • at the moment sample ID not written in file/software --> will be done manunally for now

For the IKZ XRD plugin, sample and instrument ID will be written manually so for both file types until users get trained to put that information in when starting7savng an XRD measurement
