The functionality is pretty much there and we're working on getting the design tidied up and consistent.

Just trying it out and when I click on 'I've arrived' and shared my information with Yoti, I get a 'THis site can't be reached' error message - any ideas why that might be happening? I've checked my internet connection and it's working fine on other pages :/

Weird, it's working fine when we try it. Can you take a print screen of the error it's showing? Does it work in a different browser?

I've tried it on chrome on my mobile, and also tried it via chrome on my computer but neither works. Also tried it in IE. Is it because I'm remote?

That's helpful, we can see the problem!

We need to change a setting in the Yoti app so that it sends you to the right location but we need to keep it as it is so that we can test a few changes we're making. We'll let you know when we've updated it (should be about an hour) and you can access it.

If you have access to an iPad it'll look best on that - the alignment will look a bit off in other screen sizes.

Thanks @tbtommyb, just trying it out now. So is the idea that the QR code would be on the volunteer coordinator's ipad/mobile etc, and the young person would scan that?
