[Feature Request] When i rename an item, i lost my perfdata #29

hello,

When i rename an item (equipment or service) from lilac, i lost my perfdata from grafana/influxDB

Suggestion: Add feature in lilac to exec an CLI in influx to rename key when nagios equipement is renamed.
