[Themes] Dynamic change of theme #59

Hi,

It would be cool if we can add an option that enable the dynamic change of the news flat themes.

Change dynamically the light theme to the dark theme with the hour of the server for example (or with the time we log in.).

Or, better, with another option where we can set the timezone of our country.
