It seems you asked several times for a Code. Did you receive them in your mailbox?
Only the last one will be working. Did you enter it in the Code field?
Did you select a language?
Do you have an error message displayed in the interface?
Can you send me a screen copy just after have clicked the Extract button?

You caught me, I'm inpatient. I think I'm getting like a 3 min lag on the email. Which is reasonable, but IMO maybe SMS codes would be faster?
